About the role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) and social media management to join Virtual Freelancer Asia. This is a fully remote work, ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting businesses through digital marketing, CRM automation, and social media strategies. You’ll play a key role in helping clients streamline operations, manage campaigns, and enhance their online presence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Setting up and maintaining GoHighLevel systems, including pipelines, automations, campaigns, and workflows
- Planning, creating, scheduling, and analyzing content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Assisting with funnel creation, email marketing, and lead nurturing campaigns using GoHighLevel
- Tracking performance metrics and preparing social media and marketing reports
- Coordinating client communications, managing calendars, and organizing projects or deliverables
- Supporting marketing activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and community engagement
- Ensuring brand consistency across digital channels and collaborating with team members on creative strategies
- Performing general administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Digital Marketing Assistant, or similar role
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM (automations, campaigns, and integrations)
- Strong background in social media management and content planning
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, and Meta Business Suite
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Creative thinker with an eye for engaging digital content
