Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role
 We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our remote team at Virtual Freelancer Asia. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in providing administrative and marketing support to real estate professionals. You will assist real estate agents, brokers, and property managers with daily operations, client communications, and marketing activities to help their businesses run smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing CRM systems to organize leads, track follow-ups, and maintain client databases
  • Assisting with listing coordination — uploading property details, images, and descriptions on MLS, Zillow, and other platforms
  • Handling client communications, appointment scheduling, and calendar management
  • Preparing and managing contracts, agreements, and other real estate documents
  • Conducting property research and compiling comparative market analyses (CMAs)
  • Coordinating marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media posts, and property promotions
  • Managing social media accounts to increase visibility and engagement
  • Supporting lead generation activities and follow-up sequences
  • Providing general administrative support such as data entry, file management, and reporting

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of real estate workflows, terminology, and documentation
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss, KVCore, LionDesk, GoHighLevel, or similar)
  • Familiarity with MLS systems, Zillow, Canva, and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setup
  • Marketing or social media experience is a plus
