What should I do if my client wants to give me a bonus?
Inform the client to email VFA regarding the bonus amount, ask the HR if it will be included in the next pay.
Can I have one more client?
Yes. Just make sure you will not neglect your client from VFA
How and where will I meet my client on my first day?
Check your VFA webmail for the calendar invite where the location/link of the VFA Zoom or the client’s own virtual room (if any) is found as well as the Date and Time of the meeting. Take note of the indicated time zone.
When is my first pay?
Payment Date: 1st – 15th of the month is on 25th of the month. Pay Date: 16th – last day of the month is on 10th of the following month. If one of the above pay dates falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be paid on the last work day prior to the weekend or holiday.
I'm now working in part-time. Can I get another part-time job?
Yes. As long as your schedule does not overlap with your other clients.
When is my rest day or day off?
We generally declare Saturday and Sunday (US time) as the rest days unless the Client requests otherwise.
